A carrier reset is almost always necessary if you’re activating a device or if you’re having trouble receiving voice, text, or a data connection. This reset sends your device’s new information to the network so that you can get service.
Note: If unable to perform reset over WiFi, disable option in settings and connect to mobile data.

- Connect to Wi-Fi (if available)
- Go to the native phone app (This will not be the FreedomPop app, but the native iPhone dialer, which may be hidden in a folder. You can always swipe down from the home page to activate the spotlight function and search for “phone”).
- Once phone app has been located, enter # # 25327 #
- Tap Call
- When the “Reset Subscriber Settings” message appears, tap OK
- Wait 5-10 seconds for the word “Searching” to appear in the top left hand corner
- When the phone shows signal dots again, it’s ready to use
If that does not work, find the Settings app > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
