How to get a free electric car in California (low income)

If you live in the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and are low income, and you are located on this census map: www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capand…, you can get up to $9500 cash rebate on a new or USED electric car. If you buy or lease a new one you can get an addition $10,000 federal tax credit. Plus a $4000 check from the state of california. Some dealerships give you a free fast 240v charger, in addition to the 110v one that comes with the car. You can also drive in the carpool lane. If you buy the $22 sticker.

That’s a $23000 new electric car for free.
Or, a $9500 used electrics car for free.
Or, $4000 cash with 3 year no money down lease,
Or, up to $4500 in public transit vouchers! No car purchase necessary!

If you live in California and are low income, but live outside these regions, you are still eligible for a new electric car purchase or lease. You’ll get a $10,000 tax rebate, and the $4000 state one.

If you live in the state of Colorado, you can get an additional cash rebate on new or USED cars.
